1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NextStop courier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NextStop. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Important: These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

NextStop provides on-demand courier and delivery services throughout Jamaica, connecting customers with independent couriers for package transportation.

Our Services Include:
  • Same-day delivery services
  • Real-time package tracking
  • Secure package handling
  • Multiple payment options
  • Customer support services
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Insurance coverage
  • Business account management

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of NextStop services, you agree to:

Accurate Information
  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Ensure contact information is current
  • Accurately describe package contents and weight
Package Compliance
  • Ensure packages comply with our prohibited items policy
  • Properly package items to prevent damage
  • Declare valuable items for insurance purposes
Payment Obligations
  • Pay for services as agreed upon booking
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Pay any additional fees or surcharges
Respectful Conduct
  • Treat couriers and staff with respect
  • Be available for pickup and delivery
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions
Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Hazardous materials
  • Live animals
  • Perishable food items (without arrangement)
  • Fragile items without proper packaging
  • Items exceeding weight/size limits
  • Stolen or counterfeit goods

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods
  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit/debit cards
  • Bank transfers
  • Business accounts with monthly billing
Payment Terms
  • Payment due upon delivery completion
  • Business accounts: Net 30 days
  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability
  • Limited to declared value of items
  • Maximum liability: JMD $50,000 per shipment
  • Excludes consequential damages
  • Subject to terms and conditions
Insurance Coverage
  • Basic coverage included for all deliveries
  • Additional insurance available for valuable items
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours
  • Proof of value required for claims
Important: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • At any time with or without cause
  • Immediately for breach of terms
  • Upon written notice for convenience

Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become due immediately
  • Access to services will be discontinued
  • Data retention policies will apply as per our Privacy Policy
